The Bridge Church

Nice church I went today for the first time but I can tell it’s going to be my church home

This was my first time attending this church. The worship was profound. I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit fill the place during the incredible singing. Everyone was inviting, down to earth, friendly and helpful from the pastor and his wife, the worship leaders to the greeters. The church itself is gorgeous. Rebuilt in the 1800’s and was told it has been a church since the first brick was laid which was in the 1700’s! This would be my home church if I didn’t live an hour away!

I don’t have enough words to describe what happens inside this building but also in people’s heart and spirit. The Bridge became my home when I moved to NJ recently divorced and in complete shambles. I was able to connect and serve right away, and soon after they connected me to the living water. I baptized in 2021 and my new self doesn’t even recognize the old me. The staff is so caring and nice, they strive so hard to have the heart of Jesus on everything they do. Pastor Ron is excellent in his messages and all the pastors (Greg, Marty, Allen) do a fantastic job and each have their own style. There is something in here for everybody. Worship is amazing, and I am honored I get to be on the team! They have Bridge Kids in which I also serve and it is a great resource for kids to connect to the word of God in a age appropriate manner. Diversity is paramount and you feel included right away. They have Spanish translations during the later services and every quarter have Spanish services which speak so much to their desire to include the entire community. I admire the work of this church. Whatever it takes to connect to Jesus!

I wanted to review my church because this is where I got the meaning of my life in Christ. The pastor is an excellent person and very accurate in his messages. I was honored to be married by him and he gave the most beautiful and encouraging message at our ceremony. The worship team, where my wife serves, it is exceptional, and it is one of the main reasons why I love this church. The staff is one of the best teams I have seen so far. They have everything, from Christianity in their spirits, to the most beautiful humility you can get and therefore, last but not least, the pastor's wife (as the children call her Miss Michelle) a very angelic woman, is the perfect balance in our church, thank you family for always being there for everyone "whatever it takes"!

I found The Bridge Church right here on Google during the COVID pandemic. On 08/22/2021 I got baptized and decided to follow Jesus. Sometimes from a distance like Peter but the leaders , friends and the Word of God from The Bridge Church help me through those moments to keep up. I love what the God does for this church. Every Sunday we worship and we rock the house inviting the Holy Spirit in….and I know I feel His presence every time. Love God Love People !!!
