The ONE Nails&Spa

I went to this salon for the first time for a gel manicure and pedicure. I do know someone who used to go to this location and the woman is very good at doing design work. When I came in, I was not greeted at all by both the male and female owners. The male just stood by the pedicure chair until I was done picking my color. He did my pedicure and manicure. I showed him a design I wanted on one nail for each hand. I do have short nails but I have never had an issue with anyone being able to make a simple design work even if it’s modified a bit. He told me no that I could not get what I wanted. I showed him another design that would be at the base of the nail (very do-able for short nails) and again he told me no. I chose to have glitter on that nail, and he picked something that did not match the color I picked at all. When I told him I didn’t like it he was annoyed that he had to change it. Throughout the entire time I was there he barely said two or three words to me. He was very unfriendly, borderline rude and made me feel like he had no desire to do my nails that I made an appointment for. In the end, I didn’t get what I wanted. I’m giving an extra star because the pedicure was decent.

This was easily one of the nicest nail salons I have ever been in and I have traveled around the world.

Everything in this place is top notch. The beautiful light fixtures are difficult not to take notice of.

My nail tech, Naijah handled my manicure and pedicure like an absolute pro! I chose to get French tips on both my hands and feet and she tackled it with the precision of a surgeon!

I love this place and would absolutely recommend coming here. At this time they are only taking customers by appointment but are willing to take walk ins if the schedule permits so if you can, call ahead!
