We had a fire in our family home which was devastating to our family. The Public's Adjuster LLC was there to help us and to ensure things were taken care of and things kept moving forward. I couldn't have done it alone. That's the bottom line. We had a small fire on the exterior of my home and my basement had significant smoke damage. I knew nothing about mitigation, construction, depreciation, ACV, etc... What I thought was a small claim turned into a nightmare with my horrible insurance company and I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for the Public's Adjusting Team. I wouldn't have known what was fair, or what I was entitled to as a home owner. The team advised me on different escalation tactics within the insurance company, the state and on social media. We were always kept in the loop, responses were quick and professional. I would certainly recommend the Public's Adjuster especially when dealing with a home claim otherwise dealing with this would have been a full-time job and who has time for that?!
