Started with great communication with Samiyah setting the appt up. Cameron came out and explained their whole process for roof replacement and maintenance program. While I do need a new roof, I had a repair that was more important to fix. Cameron talked to his boss and they were able to get me a pricing, on top of the maintenance program they offer, for my repair. They squeezed me in to get the repair done before a snow storm and I’m so glad they did. There was more damage under the shingles than we anticipated. Robert, the project manager, was very communicative throughout the whole process of the repair. Had the repair done, gutters cleaned out, sealed some nails, coming back in spring for a roof cleaning… The guys are troopers doing the repair in 15 degree weather. Definitely using them for the new roof as well.

I recently hired Thunders Solutions LLC for a full replacement of my roof which is damaged to wind storm. This is one of my best decision and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The crew are experienced and everything went well per schedule. Special note to Roberta the project coordinator, who stood there all the day and detailed every stage of the replacement process. Hands down the best experience I've ever had in customer service. I needed my gutters done and on top i was thinking about my roof. They offered me a free inspection and we got the roof going too! Emilio and angel were amazing in helping me get clarity in what i needed and what worked with my budget. They are such humble guys & a pleasure to be around. Definitely recommend and for sure ask for emilio or angel they will get you squared away.

Arlen was great to work with. Our home insurance gave a hard time for approval. Thunder Solutions was always proactive and sent over any necessary documentation to make sure we would receive payment from the insurance. They completed the roof within one day and accommodated quick completion due to my personal events.Thank you for your great work!
