I traveled from Brooklyn to visit Gloria after finding her and her daughter on instagram. I’ve never had a haircut like Gloria gave me, I’m so happy. Not only did she cut my hair, but she taught me why they do certain things and about the tools they use that way if I ever go somewhere else I know what to ask for. Their studio is beautiful and I really felt welcomed and at home with Gloria. Thank you again for being so good at what you do and so comforting!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely hate giving a poor review but when you have a "waiting list that is over a month long" I would expect your services to be extraordinary! So I found this stylist on instagram ( I know my first mistake) The whole appointment process alone was ridiculous and now I'm wondering if it's a marketing tactic, if so kudos because you got me! so after trying to set an appointment I was waitlisted then miraculously I was texted that there was an availability, so I booked! very clear they state in the booking process the importance of time and keeping schedule, apparently that doesn't apply to the customers and respecting their time! It was a 45min drive for me so I left with enough time to get their 15min early as I'm pulling up to the salon, they have the audacity to text me, if I mind waiting that they are running 30min behind, I said sure no problem because I had already drove all that way, well after 35min and no update to come in, I walk in to see another client head still wet and a blow out just about to get started! ( I should have just turned around and left) after waiting some more, finally its my turn and after explaining what I wanted done, her neighbor from the suite next door walks in and they proceed to have a full blown conversation while she's cutting my hair so now she's distracted while cutting my hair! I'm very annoyed at this point but assumed she can talk and cut at the same time....longer story short SHE GAVE ME THE WORST LAYERED HAIR CUT I have ever had! no exaggeration It's been two months trying to grow this uneven thing out! moral of the story don't believe the HYPE! PS: your clients time is just as important as yours!!

I absolutely LOVE coming here! Priscilla and Gloria are absolutely amazing. I always leave with my hair looking fantastic. I have been seeing Priscilla since 2017-2018 and will never go to anyone else. She is very flexible despite her crazy busy schedule and I appreciate it so much.
