We were on a trip to the US from India recently and ended up visiting the store at the American Dream. Laura and team at the store were brilliant is showcasing the products, comparing brands, offering advice and reviews. The positivity and detailed conversations were amazing. I had such a wonderful experience at TimeVallée! I walked in to have my watch battery replaced and was immediately greeted by Laura, who was so kind, helpful, and eager to assist me. She took care of everything in just five minutes—fast, professional, and with a genuine smile the whole time. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and Laura truly made the visit a pleasure. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent service and/or a new watch!
