TrueLeaf Kitchens

We totally remodelled / renovated our kitchen , laundry area , mudroom, windows, doors, molding etc. Our designer was Sandee. Since we had no previous renovation experience, she spent a lot of time in educating us and helping us select the layouts, materials and designs. Once she understood our needs and taste, she made sure we got the best. The outcome was transformative - the kitchen looks very modern , bright and is extremely functional / efficiently planned.
The project work was done by CD - Project Manager for TrueLeaf. He is excellent at his job. We had opted for some fancy top cabinets (with new sensor technology for opening/ closing). There was an issue with them due to faulty mechanism provided by a vendor. But CD went out of his way to follow up with them and rectify the issue. It works perfectly well now and we couldn't be happier with it.

I am absolutely thrilled with my kitchen, laundry and mudroom! From my first meeting with Sandee and throughout the entire project, the team's attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Our experience of renovating our kitchen with TrueLeaf was a pleasure from inception to completion. Everyone we worked with at TrueLeaf treated us professionally and patiently at every turn; it was clear from the start that they all genuinely cared about ensuring a successful outcome to the project. We never felt rushed, pressured, or at odds with anyone at any point, which in retrospect feels like a miracle in itself--all the renovation horror stories that haunted us at the outset did not apply at all to our experience with TrueLeaf. We definitely plan to work with TrueLeaf on future renovation projects and recommend them highly.

Jim and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Jim is very organized, honest, hard working and committed to his business and his customers. He is very clear & concise with his design work & pricing. We did not incur any unexpected costs. I like the personalized service that True Leaf offers. Sandee my designer made it easy to schedule my remodel at a time that was most beneficial to me. The entire process from demolition to installation ran like “a well oiled machine”. The project manager, CD stopped in daily to check on the progress of the work. I was impressed at how he always kept me updated on each step. Kyle, the cabinet installer was talented, friendly and professional. True Leaf uses the same sub contractors (plumber, electrician and tiling installer) who all work at the same high standard as the True Leaf staff.
