This is still open, but there's not a lot too it. In the main building, Comic Fusion and Taqueria La Hacienda remain open. Several storefronts are empty. Area is a little overgrown and some signage needs repairs, but this could easily be done. It’s a very cute space, and with a little cleanup, this could be much more.
Very nice place, I've been coming there for almost 6 years since I checked out a certain tattoo shop called Immortal Ink( now Central Ave Tattoo). And I got to tell ya. This is one of my go to places to get some peace time. Also, enjoying some local dining as well.
Great bookstore! Wonderful selection of history, literature, biography and also some best sellers. All the books are in wonderful shape, no stains, malodor, or writing.
