I will start by saying the quality of work is great! Customer service is off the charts! Their communication is amazing! More importantly than that. Im a small business owner and my trucks are my number 1 tools in the construction trade. I dropped my truck off Monday morning and picked it up Friday after lunch. That's service! Seeing my issues and getting the work done in a timely fashion so I can use my truck. So important to a small business like mine. Thanks for taking care of my needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Recently, I was the victim of a hit and run. I called them for an appointment to get an estimate and was told that I could bring the car right away.
I met with Alexa and she assured me that they could deal with my insurance and get everything fixed promptly.
Within 1 week, the car was fully repaired and all of the cost was covered by my insurance (less my deductible). Short of filing an incident with my insurance company (who initially low-balled my repairs), I did not have to deal with anything!
Plus, Alexa and all the whole staff were so professional and caring throughout the process!
Five stars all the way!!!

Complete professionals! This is the third time that I have been to Ultimate Collision 2. The first two times were for simple fender bender/door-ding repairs (with two different vehicles). I noticed how much care they were taking to get the job done right. When it came time to get my aftermarket grille installed on my new car, I knew exactly where I was going. I took advantage of the front bumper being removed, and decided to get some paint work done too. Wow, they are very knowledgeable about prepping/painting all of the different surfaces so that the paint lasts. I am very picky and when it comes to cars I can be overly particular. It didn't seem to bother Alexa, the one who led me through the entire process, one bit. She worked with me and was very understanding. I didn't have to call up to the shop to ask about the car at all. Alexa kept me in the loop and asked questions before any work was done to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I was also able to get quick quotes for future work I will want done next. All-in-all, this is how it should be done. Go here and get it done right.

UC2 did an amazing job repairing the damage to my car. My car doesn't even look like it was in an accident! The before and after pics tell the story better than words. The accident occurred on 22 June 2018 and I got my car back on 29 June 2018. Alexa's customer service was top-notch and professional. She kept me up-to-date during the repair process and handled everything with my insurance company. I highly recommend using UC2's services should you need body work done on your vehicle.
