Every visit is excellent the Dr and all office staff are on top of everything .. Dr Bill Van Wyke is no longer at Pronto Med Care Dr Mattese has no bedside manner what so ever. Dr Joyce who took over for Doc Van Wyke is ok more worried about my pain n psych meds he didn't fill my blood pressure meds I called Thur Friday still not called in over the long Labor Day weekend I have no blood pressure pills 🤨
A unique experience calling the office. There seems to be an answering service that makes appointments, but after calling other offices, I was able to get an appointment in 2 days instead of 2 months. I arrived early since I was a new patient. Jennifer at the front desk, and Dia the nurse were lovely and very friendly. Then came the big event. Dr. V came within 5 minutes and his disposition was fantastic. He listened to my health history, was empathetic to my needs, and I knew I made the right choice in finding a new physician. He was so pleasant and kind that I almost wanted to hug the man! Thanks to Covid, I gave him a professional handshake. A 5 star experience! Very pleased with this practice!
I really enjoy going to the doctors now. The wait isn’t long. The staff is friendly. They are super flexible with my work and mom schedule. The doctors listen and have are very considerate to your feelings. Highly recommend.
