I visited this place on August 6th, and the secretary was extremely friendly. I got everything done in just a few minutes.
Repair of Infinity Pedal:
These are great pedals. I have used them for 15 years, daily, 8+ hours a day. This is the first issue I've had with one that wasn't several years old (after which, yes, I have no issue replacing them). Jim communicated with me promptly and courteously, and fixed a defective pedal that I bought from a third party. Thanks for a great product and great service.
