Had an electric problem and called these guys. They were professional and solved the problem. I felt they charged a little more than they should because it took them 5 minutes only, but overall they did the job to our satisfaction.

01/14/25: Had some issues on a first call at 1:30am on 01/10/25 the other night but that has passed. Up to them now to make the problem go away.They are having communication problems with calls but should work out. Technician Johannes is superb. Still trying to diagnose problem with the Generac but will be back to fix.

Due to hurricane sandy, I had a Generac generator installed in 2011,. I have used danley Service since then and the service has been impeccable. The team both, home office and field personnel show up on time, pick up the phone for emergencies, always courteous.

Recently, Generac had a recall for a defective device,
Within days of receiving the letter and contacting Danley, they were here within 5 business days, and as always provided amazing service.

W. Danley Electric just installed a backup generator for us (we bought it through Costco). The W. Danley team was very courteous, professional and friendly. The generator was installed at the very beginning of Covid-19 (before the lock down) and the W. Danley team was very careful and took necessary precautions to keep us and them safe.

We did not have to lift a finger throughout the entire process. W. Danley handled the permits, inspections, coordination with PSE&G, and walked us through the generator operations, warranty, support, etc.

It is so refreshing to get that kind of service today.

Had a Generac generator installed in 2018, was $2000 cheaper than other quotes I got for the same unit. Service has been impeccable since. The guys show up on time, pick up the phone for emergencies, always courteous. These things matter as much as cost to me.
