I have been seeing Beth for weight loss. She is passionate about helping her clients, and is knowledgeable, encouraging and motivating. Each week I am equipped with a great plan, helpful new ideas, as well as tips to use toward my goals. I am always amazed at the breadth of her knowledge. Beth is also reasonable and realistic. Instead of eliminating certain foods all the time, she teaches healthy eating and lifestyle patterns. Aside from successful weight loss, I have gained immeasurably from my increased awareness of how to choose the right foods and overall healthy living
Beth’s exercising classes are superb. I get a mixture of aerobics and body toning with each hour class. Beth demonstrates different levels for many of the moves and recognizes each of her client’s strength and weaknesses. She helps while not harming.
Her classes are a highlight of my week.
Beth is a wonderful health coach / trainer - she is smart, intuitive, knowledgeable, current and has a wonderful, upbeat demeanor and approach to helping her clients. With a positive, can do attitude, Beth individualizes her guidance. I am grateful to be working with Beth and to have her inspire me along my health journey.

She often knows how I feel before I have time to articulate it. She guides me on health related issues and our work together has helped me recoup from knee replacement and a bilateral mastectomy, chemo and resulting cardiac issues. I start my day by zooming her three to four times per week as we work out together. She is upbeat, fun, and for me, life changing.
Beth is very supportive of me and helps to guide me on my journey through diet ideas, exercise, strength training and weights. She makes working out very enjoyable and fun and the hour flies by. I recommend her for anyone who wants to be stronger more successful you!
