Best dry cleaner in Rutherford! Fast turn around and amazing work. Took in a dress shirt that was stained a few years ago and has been to multiple other dry cleaners that couldn’t get it out while I was living away from Rutherford. Took it in to West End Cleaners and the stain came out! Thank you, West End Cleaners, for years of awesome work!!

I came in on a holiday weekend with a last minute alteration for a pair of pants. Sue was so accommodating and went out of her way to make sure I get them done in time for my trip. Excellent customer service.

Feeling pretty disappointed with them.
We’ve been using them for several years now without issue.
Sometimes things are not ready when promised but nothing significant.
This week, I picked up a skirt (they have cleaned before). Went out of town on business only to discover they had damaged the zipper.
I went back, showed them they had returned the skirt with damage that didn’t exist when dropped off.
They told me it was $25 to fix! They broke it and expected me to pay? They offered a $10 discount which still shows poor customer service from my perspective.
Left with a bad customer experience.

I had an urgent situation when I arrived at the dry cleaners at 6 pm, thinking they were open until 6:30 pm as indicated online, only to find out they closed earlier for the summer at 6 pm. With a wedding and a flight scheduled for 7 am the next day, I was quite stressed. However, after contacting them personally, they promptly returned, greeted me with a smile, and took care of everything efficiently.

The customer service at this dry cleaners is truly exceptional. Despite my unexpected late arrival, they accommodated my needs with professionalism and a positive attitude. Most importantly, my boyfriend's suit, which needed last-minute alterations, came out perfectly fitted. I highly recommend this place not just for their quality of service but also for their dedication to customer satisfaction.
