I can't say enough about Cheryl and the team at 209 Storage Vault! The facility is gate secured and the units and surrounding premises are immaculate. The entire rental process is seamlessly facilitated electronically and they are competitively priced. I hope to have storage needs in the future (and I hope they have availability) so i can use them again!
Not sure why they have a low rating by other people. I have used several other facilities, and this place was fantastic. The place is so nice, and clean, and looks like a brand new facility. The units were clean, and look like they were never used. The pricing, was great compared to other places that are in terrible condition. Very well lit and secure facility. All that aside, the customer service that I received was amazing. Cheryl in the office was kind, courteous, personable, and went above and beyond to accommodate me and assist me. They even rent trucks at a great price. I highly recommend them!!
This was one of the best storage facilities we’ve ever used! The staff is really helpful and friendly, they have a truck onsite you can use and the units and spaces are spotless.
Great Experience to say the least.
When entering the building you walk into a cool customized office with recycled materials from a bowling alley that once stood in its place. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The storage lockers themselves are brand new, the area is secure with key code entry and plenty of cameras to go around. On top of that, the day I moved out of the unit I received a thank you text!!!
5/5 ALL DAY LONG! ABOVE AND BEYOND TREATMENT!!!
