Heather is the bomb. She makes business dealings light and easy.
I had been with a different broker for 17 years and they took my business for granted. Each year premiums would rise without good explanation. I switched to Pepe and saved thousands of dollars and got better coverage.

My experience with Pepe insurance has been beyond amazing so far. I switched broker agency’s recently not due to price but due to poor costumer service and response. Pepe is literally the opposite. Costumer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. A problem arises, you email Heather and it’s taken care of within an hour. Don’t second guess it, use Pepe!
Katherine is the best. Katherine always goes above and beyond for their clients and anything you need is immediately done. They shop around and get you the best deal. Running my family's business, Katherine hears from me often requesting all sorts of things and she is always so friendly and handles everything. Heather for my personal policies always answers my questions is amazing as well and goes above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend.
