I've tried to get a tax reduction in the past and never worked via other law firms. I was super pleased to see a notification , this week, that AAA Property Tax Appeal successfully reduced my tax assessment. Easy process and great outcome. Highly recommend.
I received a letter in the mail stating they would attempt to lower my property taxes for a fee of 55 percent of the first year savings. I filled out the form, heard back from them a while later, and they went to court and extracted a settlement from my town which saved me over $1600 a year. I was only too happy to pay their fee. My only slight criticism is their communication could be better, but all's well that ends well. TY.
Update. I’ve come to realize that the supposed tax savings, if they are indeed a savings, quickly evaporate as taxes rise. The cost was about $1k and I doubt I saved that much. If I did, it was short lived.

However, since there is no upfront cost and no charge if our property taxes don't decrease, I decided to give them a try. The process was very simple and my property taxes were reduced.
