I responded to a letter to buy out my existing lease. Not only did the dealer buy the vehicle as mentioned in the letter, they also honored the terrific pricing on the ADX in the letter. The salesman was great and the post sale review of features was done in a manner that used to be more normal but is a level of service I thought no longer existed in the car business.

I had a great experience at Acura of Bay Shore. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The sales manager Brandon went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and stress free. He was very helpful and he listened and took his time to make sure I was pleased.

The finance manager was also very professional and kind. He made the process smooth and easy. He explained everything to me and made sure my experience went well. He got me the best deal and took care of all my paper work.

My experience was excellent. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Everyone was courteous. I did not feel pressured at all. Traded in my older car and got a good deal. Wife and I were very satisfied. We were helped by salesman, Armani Rivera. He was fantastic. Calm and patient. No pressure. Had him running back and forth to the office with offers. My experience at the Acura of Bay Shore was far beyond amazing, it was an excellent experience. My salesperson Ricky was very patient, personable and delivered everything beyond my expectations. I’ve been working with Robert and Ricky for the past 2 weeks to get myself into a car that fits within my budget.
