We just purchased a 2023 Acura RDX A-spec from Bedford Hills. We worked with Theo and had a wonderful experience! He even responded to my questions when it was his day off! I had previous bad experiences at other Acura dealerships, so it was wonderful to feel so valued & respected by Theo & everyone we met & interacted with at Bedford Hills. We highly recommend this dealership! We drove a little over an hour to buy our Acura, and it was absolutely worth it!
Everyone I met here was great, they made it such an easy and fast process to get into a new car that I liked as well as making sure we stayed within budget. They even found me the car I wanted and brought it over from another dealership instead of just telling me they didn’t have it. Theo was eager to get me into a car asap before a surgery so I didn’t have to worry about any of this after, all while not being pushy what so ever!!!! Everyone answered any of my questions without going around the actual answer! They erased my stigma I have for car salesmen/women for sure, not one of them pushed anything onto me and I love that. Definitely will be staying with them for as long as I can.
