The customer service reps try to be as helpful as possible but the company has terrible organizational and communication skills thereafter. I gave it two stars because the phone reps were lovely to speak with. But it’s “one star” for customer service when it comes to receiving the supplies. We’ve been trying to get supplies for my elderly mother delivered and they refuse to schedule a time and just expect people to wait in their homes for them to call when they are 5 mins away. I am giving it a few more days and then calling another company. I do not recommend Alba because when one is already trying to help an elderly relative, one does not need to work with a medical supply company who makes things harder.
