This place is great.
Pep boys quoted *******$2,000***** (cough, cough, choke and die a little bit on that one) and Adam did it for less than $1,000. My car works great and I am very very grateful. I am so happy that I decided to get a second opinion. Adam arranged to be there for the tow truck and communicated with me about everything so I did not need to go to the shop until it was time for pick up. He had it done very quickly.
Adam is very calm, straight forward, honest and smart. I will definitely be going here 1st in the future instead of considering them for a second opinion.

Went in for inspections without my monitors ready, but Adam didn't charge me for my mistake. I came in a few days later and got my inspections all done with. He even pointed out a few things under the hood which was really helpful. I definitely didn't notice that my radiator hoses were old and a bit swollen.

We're so happy we found a great shop and an honest, friendly mechanic so close to our home! Adam is always helpful and knowledgeable. Although he's young, he's an expert and provides clear explanations of the work he's doing. Albert and Harold’s Auto Service Inc. is hands down one of the best auto shops in New York. The service is excellent from start to finish, and the team is truly professional. Adam, the head mechanic, really knows what he’s doing. You can tell he has a lot of experience and, more importantly, he pays close attention to every detail. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure the job is done right. It’s hard to find a shop this reliable nowadays. 100% recommended.
