The tailoring is phenomenal, but the take-in clerk is rude and Condescending. Needs customer service training. If you can stomach for disrespectful treatment this is the place. I asked to speak to the manager or Owner and was not given any info.
Neighborhood cleaners. Been here for many years. Very organized, very clean, very helpful people. The tailor even went out of his way to help me out. Quick service, charges what other cleaners charge. Have always had a pleasant experience the few times I have needed to have clothes dry cleaned. Big parking lot out front but it’s very tight so beware.
I had a great experience with this store. I recently purchased a thick comforter that weighs around 28 pounds and this is the only store that got the job done! I went to 2 dry cleaners and a laundromat and they turned me away. The comforter was cleaned thoroughly and I’m very happy with the service. The staff was friendly and addressed any questions I had. It was a good price as well for a big job! I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!
The Tailor is very good; and the new Mgmt has mixed very well with the old Mgmt making impactful renovations and improving on the quality of service I have come to expect when dealing with this particular business.
Despite supply chain constraints and inflationary demands; they’ve seemed to have kept their prices where they were during the height of the pandemic. As a consumer I can appreciate that..!
