Best place in the Hudson Valley! Carla is talented and kind. It's a mini vacation whenever I go. I feel my heart rate slow down as soon as I step inside the salon. Best haircuts EVER!

This week I had my first massage with Sharif at Ananda Salon and Spa. What a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting! Sharif is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled massage therapist. The massage was incredible relaxing, while also addressing the areas where my muscles were tight and creating discomfort. I am looking forward to my next massage with Sharif.

Five stars for the second experience and one star for the first. First: I went here on a recommendation and the first experience was disastrous. I was given someone randomly and she gave me a cut that she wanted to give me and not one that I showed her that I wanted. She expressed why she didn’t give me said cut after all was done and sensing my annoyance. During the whole process I kept asking her why she wasn’t cutting my hair like I showed her. She kept telling me to wait. None of it made sense since it was a cut I had previously in the past. Communication was awful as she didn’t listen to me at all and I had pictures. I would have just gotten a trim instead if she told me she was unable to cut the style I asked for.
Worst cut I ever received so I called and told them what happened.
Second: The owner was nice enough to listen and try to fix my hair so I went in the following day. Carla was great and did the best she could with what was left over. I think she did a good job of it. May hair now looks even and more streamlined. You can tell she knew hair very well and her skills showed through.
At this point I just need to grow it out and this time, I know who to ask for.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little self-care and great service for the whole family. My girls got the cutest haircuts-Gina was so patient and kind. Their hair came out perfect. My massage was exactly what I needed-relaxing, professional, and rejuvenating from start to finish. The salon and spa was calm and spotless, and I left feeling brand new. Angela Merola
