Finally an honest mechanic. Richie explained in detail everything that was wrong with my car and took care of it like it was his own car. So happy I found Autohoundz.
One of the most honest business owners I have ever met. As a woman, it’s incredible to have someone to bring my car to that will just do the work needed and not tack on things that aren’t. Towing is on point and there when you need them with reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Auto Houndz deserves 100 ⭐️’s! I’ve been a customer since 2018. Rich and his team have gone above & beyond in customer service, keeping my cars in TOP shape, with very reasonable, affordable repairs. This past January, on a freezing cold night, I was waiting for a tow after I ignored a battery warning light 🤦🏼♀️. Their tow truck was picking up a customer out East, I was West… but, rather than have me wait, alone in a dark, cold parking lot, Rich and his wife (and babies!) picked me up on their way home from grocery shopping, 20 mins out of their way, and dropped me safely at home! Auto Houndz tow got my car to the shop that night, repaired and ready for work the next day! Who does this?!!! This is a business owner WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!! Phil and Dave, and each member of their Auto Houndz team are ALL exceptional! REALLY GOOD PEOPLE, very talented and skilled in car repair!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I broke down on Jericho Tpke and Auto Houndz showed up with a tow truck quickly to bring myself & car to their shop. The team was easy to contact and they have knowledgeable mechanics on staff who were able to fix my car and explain what was wrong / what I needed in language I could actually understand. Didn’t feel like I was being oversold on things I didn’t need, but rather I understood what was important vs not. Highly recommend for honest local business.
