from the start this ENT was great. making an appointment was easy, the office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the office was clean. the doctor and audiologist were both so nice and knowledgeable too. they both made me feel very comfortable and overall the whole staff there was very accommodating. the whole appointment was quick but i didn’t feel rushed. I will be going back there for any ENT needs!
I visited Dr. Greenfield today for the first time. My daughter is already a patient. The office staff is very friendly. The entire office is very clean. I felt Dr. Greenfield gave me a thorough exam and addressed my concerns.

The receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable about medical plans. I was examined by Dr Greenfield who then forward me to Deanna the audiologist. She was extremely thorough and professional. Thereafter Doctor Greenfield discussed the findings and provided me with options.
I did all my information prior to going in. I was immediately greeted by the desk staff and checked in. Deanna ran all my tests. She was excellent. The doctor came in checked all my results and did an exam. It was a great experience. This was the first time visiting this practice. I scheduled a follow up. I would also recommend this practice to my family and friends.
