The love and spirit of God are always present here. All these years later, there is still no place like Beacon Light Tabernacle! The kindness of the people abounds in church and out into the community. See for yourself. I did and 10 years later it's still a blessing. Not to mention the Word of God, the music ministries, the free Sabbath lunches, the food pantry every Tuesday and the vibrant church family.

It was such an awesome experience yesterday, to baptize a long time friend and husband of a good friend who got baptized with me 10 years ago.
She has been praying for 10 years for her husband to give his life completely to Jesus Christ and join her in the fellowship of our faith.
When I received the call, and heard from his own lips that he was ready to be baptized, my heart filled with joy.
I was honored and humbled to accept his request to baptize him.
This story shows, that we should never give up on our loved ones. Once you plant that seed and keep praying for them, the Holy Spirit will do the rest. Congratulations
