My 2019 hyundai accent was smoking while i was driving. I was recommended to Vick by my bestie, he took a look at it and told me it was a big oil leak i had. he got it changed out for me in a timely manner and told me he’d recheck the car for me in a week to make sure the repairs are still good for free!

I made an appointment with Martelli for my rear differential to get replaced on my 2016 M3 They got me a great price on a replacement and the labor is way cheaper than what the stealership was trying to charge me. I had to wait a few days for the diff to come in but once it did Martelli called me and gave me an updated time for when it would be ready. When it was ready for me to pick up i was running behind and Carlos was kind enough to hang back to give me the keys so i could pick up. Super kind of them

I brought my 05 X3 for a noise i was hearing. Vick put the car on the lift and told me it was a cracked coil spring. Had it changed out the same day and haven't had a problem since.

I brought my car to Vick because I had a heavy coolant leak. I towed my car there and Carlos greeted me as he helped unload the car off the truck. Martelli let me know that it wouldn’t be a same day turnaround because they would have to locate the leak and that he would keep me updated. They called me back the same day with an update on where the leak was coming from and the cost of parts and labor which beats the dealer by a long shot. I had my car back the next day and it’s been running well ever since. Definitely coming back

I took my 09’ BMW 3 series to Victor after years of trying to get my car to pass inspection legally. When I tell you what a blessing it was to have it finally taken care of. Victor was quick and able to diagnose my issue properly. I was constantly updated by the service advisor Martelli about my car, and they were priced fairly. They have a forever customer in me and I will be recommending them in the future
