Had a great experience today at the car wash!
I was warmly welcomed by Ronnie and Adam, even offering me a meal while I waited for the express detail of my car.
-Booked online and got to the site in 10 minutes with zero waiting time! I didnt have to queue up or schedule a week in advance (though I believe calling ahead is the best way to go about booking services).
-The office/ waiting area is great, clean, and full of amenities (coffee, water, comfy seats, and a clean bathroom).
-Not a long wait for an express detail, spent about 45 minutes that included hand wash, interior vacuum and high pressure air to really get the debris out, and I can totally say they cleaned up my car so good!
-Had a fun and great time waiting, Ronnie, Adam, and their crew treated me like family and not just a customer! 45 minutes flew by like it was nothing, but you will definitely see the results!
Will definitely come back to get my car paint-corrected and windows tinted! (Note: I got the express detail for my mini-suv)

This is the best car wash/detail place I have ever been to, and I have tried many. Ronnie is super friendly and he cares more about making his customers happy than making money. I had a hand wash there and bought my wife a gift certificate for a detail for mother's day. She has had various cars detailed at different places over the years with mixed results, mostly not good. She was thrilled with the way her car came out. It looked better than new. I had my truck detailed and color corrected, which I highly recommend. I had tons of spider web scratches from using the brush at a self serve car wash (I'll never do that again) the color correct removed every single one and my truck looks spectacular. The prices are pretty reasonable, especially for the results and the level of customer service. I couldn't be happier with my experience here so far!
My truck looks like it is brand new. When I met Tony, he assured me that it would come out great. Paint correction and a full detail in and out. They did not disappoint. Can’t wait to see how my Charger comes out when I’m ready.
I brought in my car for detailing. They did a great job, the car looks brand new. The service was excellent, they were upfront with the pricing and how long it would take and they did exactly what they promised. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough positive things about Biz Family Auto Services Inc & Hand Car Wash! I brought my 20 year old Toyota Highlander there today to be detailed & the car looks amazing. I can’t recall the last time my car looked this beautiful. Every little crevice was cleaned, it smells great and I am smiling ear to ear. Edward R. Is amazing.
