The customer service was excellent. I inquired about two replacement hinges for my mirror and they sent me two replacement hinges for free. I didn't ask for that and never really expected that. Now the mirror door closes nicely. Thanks again.

I had an outstanding experience with the Customer Service Department at Blossom. We recently moved into a home where a Blossom medicine cabinet had already been installed. Unfortunately, it fell off the wall due to bent brackets. When I reached out to Blossom for help identifying the correct replacement part, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive and they offered to send replacement brackets. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Recently I had the pleasure of communicating with Blossom the manufacturer of the Vega 36 LED medicine cabinet which we purchased through the contractor we hired to design and build a new bathroom. We selected the Blossom medicine cabinet because it has it all, good looks, mirror defogger, digital time/temperature, variable light and color settings etc.
After 12 months the defogger started to malfunction. It would keep cycling on/off and it would no longer work. I decided to call Blossom directly and had the good fortune to talk with Liam in sales to find out if there was anything I could do to try fix it.
Liam asked all the right questions and was genuinely caring. He requested a video to show the problem. I gave Liam the name and contact information of contractor who purchased the product for us. He called them to get the proof of purchase.
The next day I received an email from Liam to inform me Blossom will be shipping us a new replacement and provided the tracking information.
From start to finish and in one day my problem was solved in a professional, responsive and courteous manner.
There are many companies that should take lessons from Blossom on how to provide efficient , courteous and responsive customer service.
