This Assisted Living is amazing! The location is convenient and the facility is beautiful, clean and well kept. Our family member moved into the facility in 2021, while it was a challenging time, the Director of Administration, Susan Abdurakhmanov, was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us through the process. Ms. Ricky and Ms. Corine were also tremendously helpful. This place is like being in a hotel. Definitely not what we were expecting. If you are lucky to be accepted into this facility you will definitely feel relieved that your loved one is in a safe, clean, well kept facility with people who care about your loved one and are committed to the work they do. Ms. Susan Abdurakhmanov is one of a kind, she is an angel. Her responsiveness, caring and dedication shines in her voice, messages and actions. She is always there for you and your family member. We highly recommend this facility. In addition to the cleanliness, I must add that the residents rooms are spacious and has everything your family member needs. Our family member always spoke highly about the food as well. Thank you to Ms. Susan and the team for going above and beyond to make the resident’s happy!

Brooklyn Boulevard ALP is a hidden gem in Brooklyn. There is a warm sense of welcome from every single staff member. They are extremely attentive and caring of their residents. The facility is huge and well kept. The air smells fresh! There is always someone available to help with any aspect of your loved one’s needs. I can sleep at night knowing my father is in the best hands.

We had the most pleasurable experience with Brooklyn Boulevard ALP yesterday on bringing my father to his new place of residence. Ms. Susan Abdurakhmanov and her warm welcoming and comforting disposition contributed greatly! She handled everything with us over the phone (gave us a lovely video tour of apartment set up) and emails, and answered all our questions and concerns for my dads transfer from rehab to assisted living. She’s a keeper! She really did go above and beyond our expectations. We are very grateful. Also thanks to Maintenance and staff for handling my dads things, and helping setting him up yesterday. We called my dad after we arrived home and he picked up the phone sounding so happy and ready for his next chapter at his new home. We thank you for making this transition smoother than we thought. Looking forward to our upcoming interactions with all at my dads new place.

To date: Still a beautiful smooth running facility. Samantha is the best! Empathetic, Compassionate, and helps keep communication lines open and extremely helpful with everything from small things to very serious matters. We look forward to seeing her now when we visit our dad.

We've had a really positive experience with Boulevard, both in the 6 months my mom has lived there, as well as during the application process. I've found the admissions staff truly kind and very very responsive. The facility is clean and cared for, and there are many incredibly supportive staff people throughout the building. When there have been matters to address, we were met again with responsiveness & care. We do wish that there were steadier vegetarian options available in the kitchen but overall, I am grateful that this environment & community is available to my mom.

Excellent Assisted Living facility. I helped my Dad move to Brooklyn Blvd ALP this past April and it was a very pleasant admission experience. My Dad needed to apply for Medicaid and they helped with that process as well. It was pretty seamless. The staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful. The administration team definitely cares for their residents, it is very apparent. I would definitely recommend this place wholeheartedly.
