My wife and I were referred to this business by our daughter-in-law, whose family has been using them for many years and we are very glad that she passed on the information to us.
My wife went to them on Monday for an evaluation and estimate and they Checkered her car and told her to come back and drop off her car in 2 days. We went back as instructed and dropped off the car. Approximately 4 hours later we received a phone call that our car was done and ready for pick up. Unfortunately we all need a mechanic once in a while and there are some ruthless ones out there, this place is quite the opposite. We were greeted by everyone there and the car was fixed extremely moderately priced, Phenomenal work done, Courteous and professional staff. This is my new auto mechanic.

I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)

My car broke down and was towed to Brookside Auto overnight. The next day Bill ordered a new alternator and had my car up and running before lunch. My wife and I have gone to Brookside Auto for many years now and we really appreciate the personable and more than fair way we are treated .  Bill, Sam and the Brookside Auto team perform quality service, with more than reasonable pricing.   Bill will take the time to explain issues and provide options to you.  We are fortunate with Brookside Auto to have an honest mechanic locally.

FANTASTIC! Had a slight car emergency on Sunday, so I called mid-day Monday and not only were they accommodating to get my car looked at, but it was fixed within 30 min. Bill and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer, more relaxed and professional & I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, by any means. I will 1000% be taking all my car needs to these folks and recommending them to all I know. Awesome experience.
