Our experience with Carefulness Electric Llc was exceptional. They brought patience and expertise to our electrical troubleshooting, identifying a hidden issue and fixing it efficiently. Their commitment to doing it right is truly apparent.
I had similar issues with Maximino Gonzalez electrical. Needed a new septic pump and he treated it like I needed a bulb replaced. No sense of urgency whatsoever. problem started Feb, he was contacted 19 Feb and pump was not installed till 3 March. Had to pump septic tank more than once because of supposed parts delay, when he could have put in a temp one or had us go buy it from home depot where they are always in stock. Told him needs to be taken out of his total since it's his fault. He charged a ridiculous amount for the pump and a ridiculous amount to install it. No receipts, no manufacturers warranty information though I asked for them more than once. We pay retail at stores because we dont pay store labor. Shouldn't have to pay double retail prices for parts when we pay for labor.
Seemed to know what he was talking about but he whined so much, it actually got quiet annoying. Took FOREVER to actually get the job done. Did not give us a detailed invoice for parts or warranty info as requested multiple times, so pretty sure we got overcharged a 100x and probably junk parts. we could have picked them up ourselves. We pay labor that is what that part of the invoice is for, shouldn't have to pay 2 or 3 times as much for parts. and then again no warranty info.
