The Cleanslate team was nothing short of extraordinary during one of the most stressful moments we’ve ever faced. When a leaking hot water pipe flooded our home, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to even begin. From the very first moment they arrived, their professionalism, compassion, and steady guidance brought us a sense of relief we desperately needed.
They handled the demolition of our entire basement, our first‑floor kitchen, the flooring, and all the damaged sheetrock with such care and respect for our home that it truly meant the world to us. Every step felt thoughtful, organized, and human.

CleanSlate Services has done a remarkable job fixing the repairs needed for my house. The workers were professional, communicative, and accommodating throughout the litigation, demo, and construction of my bedroom. They worked lengthy hours to ensure all previous damages were restored. I am very grateful for the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

The finished job is exceptional. The journey to get there was needlessly protracted. Almost six months between the flooded basement and the completed job. They were often unclear about costs, departments within the company don’t communicate very well, they painted the walls the wrong color at first, and they over-purchased materials which I had to twist arms to get them to take back and take the cost off of the final bill.
I liked many of the genuinely nice folks I communicated with regularly over the course of this process, but it should’ve been a lot simpler and a hell of a lot faster than it was. CleanSlate was the only contractor approved by my insurance, which was and is the only reason I would ever work with them again.

Clean Slate Services did and excellent and professional job in repairing my families house after it suffered a flood. Representatives from the company such as Kevin, Raza and Abby were terrific in assisting questions and details my wife and I had. They were very understanding to completing the job on time. Edwin and Oscar who were in charge of the contracting aspect of our house were terrific and tremendous in assisting with any questions we had and did a fabulous job In restoring our house back to its original look prior to the flood. Last but not least, Veronica, who was responsible for repainting our basement, living room and dining room was tremendous!
In closing, I would recommend Clean slate to anyone who needs house restoration. My wife and I are very satisfied with this company.
