Colonial Springs Laundromat

The best I have experienced! I have been to several different laundromats usually switching because they don’t live up to what they advertise or the customer service is nonexistant.
From the moment I arrived at Colonial Springs I stepped in the door and proceeded to look for a cart. The young lady quickly asked me if I needed help. She directed me to the carts. I gathered 3 of the 6 bags I brought with me and went in. I loaded my washers yet still needed assistance getting it started. The same young lady came to my rescue. She pleasantly told me her name- they call me Jazz (short for Jasmine) she says with a big smile and giggles at me putting my debit card where my laundry card would go. 😆 She quickly assists me as we laugh about it together. Then she convinces me tj just wash all I brought with me. Hey! I am here already. Why not? She was right. I gathered the remaining bags. By this time, Ya arrived to switch with Jazz. They completely explained the Laundry Card process and benefits. I was impressed! Ya was there to help at any point if I needed it and with a smile. It was never a problem. The laundromat was clean and the machines as well. I have my card which still has several free Dry cycles left on it and the dreadful thoughts I used to have when it came to laundry are less LOLLL…. It’s still not my favorite task. Colonial Springs - Jazz and Ya made the experience pleasant and easy to navigate.

If you are looking for a laundromat that is well worth the trip (I drove from Westbury to Wheatley Heights) to experience Jazz and Ya along with equally friendly customers in the laundromat. Everyone was friendly!
And…. My clothes are fresh and clean too!!

Jazz, the attendant was very thorough and she left my clothes amazing. Haven’t had someone as thorough as here take care of my clothes like this in a while.

I wish they had some sort of loyalty program because I’ve been getting my laundry done by this laundromat for the better part of two years and the price increased nearly $.30 which obviously makes a difference if you drop off a lot of clothes.

She makes the task of doing laundry enjoyable . Lizzie greets you with a big smile and a hello !
She is helpful and is full of knowledge in making your laundry it’s cleanest. It’s a great place with clean new machines . Go there ... it’s a nice place to do an very necessary task ;).

I've become a consist customer that comes to this nice clean laundromat since it's been open for business. There's one nice attendant I think she's great I'm sure the other employees are good but she's the only one I've come in contact with. I believe her name is Lizzy and I think she should be highlighted she's a really nice person out going and makes you feel welcome.

Newly opened clean neat and organized the service was amazing and. Lisa was very helpful in explaining this fully computerized system definitely will use them again open till 11 stay clean and stay strong Colonial you it is nice to have you in the neighborhood
