Family favorite. They are meticulous with their work and the owner goes the extra mile for his clients. His new employees are a reflection of him. I had a rear dent in my bumper which other places quoted $75-$150. I was surprised to find out that he had fixed it for free.

Only downside is that they are always swamped.
Requesting "same day service" is close to impossible even if I am willing to pay the additional expedite fees. Their reasoning is that "they keep their word to their clients."

However if you catch them on a good day with Suresh on the job, it is not impossible. My family and I have known the owner for years... So I do not understand some of the negative feedbacks on here. All you have to do is call back speak in an indoor voice resonant of Island Hospitality..

Regardless of the cost, we trust this establishment with my babies (vehicles, and infants).

Not once have I or any of us seen even a single penny missing from the center console of the inside of our vehicles. They also prioritize first responders and public employees.

This has been a pleasant experience to get my vehicle repaired here. The owner Dave is very professional, fast, and reasonable. I went to 3 other body shops and they were all over priced. My car was in terrible state and he worked his magic. It looks brand new. I’m very happy and I will be a returning customer. I will recommend friends and family to come here.
