Tom is a rare find, he was referred to us by a friend. We started camping this year, bought a family members 2022 Jayco 25Rb. I discovered a grey tank cable was sticking which worried me. Tom came to the house, lowered part of the underbelly and replaced the valve and cable. Also had him install vent covers, sky lite cover, resealed a/c vent and had a freeze up issue. All fixed. Also inspected roof and entire camper. Resealed a few areas that were getting weak. He answered all of my questions and gave some great advice. He has returned all of my phone calls, texts and emails. I highly recommend Tom and trust him whole heartedly. I have a list of upgrades he can do for us in the spring. If you need work done on your camper call Tom you won’t be sorry…
Tom has been beyond helpful with my camper- not only did he get it ready for the winter, he has been able to help me with several other issues and has been readily available to walk me through some smaller issues over the phone. Highly recommend using Dempsey RV
Tom was great. We lost heat in our RV and despite having a great mechanic on the trip with us, he could not identify the problem. Not only did tom figure it out quickly, he found a substitute for the discontinued part we needed and got us back in business quickly. I would highly recommend Dempsey RV!
