Dix Hills Car Wash

They left my car pretty clean for the most part. I did have something with liquid in my vehicle and because of them rushing, they ended up spilling it everywhere which was upsetting. However, for the most part they did a pretty good job and left the exterior of my car looking shiny. The interior was just a regular clean. The staff there was kind and accommodating. I would go back again. I spent about $50 which is kind of more on the pricier side.

I have been coming here for the past few months because I received 6 months of free car washes when I purchased my car. For the most part I am satisfied with the service I receive here. My free wash is a regular full service but I can upgrade to a more inclusive package and pay the difference. The outside of my car always comes out clean but sometimes the inside cleaning leaves alot to be desired (see photos of my back seat). For a $40 wash I would expect that they would leave stains and junk. Also sometimes the wait times are long. This morning it took 40 minutes to get a platinum wash. The inside waiting area is nice and clean. Last time I was here there was a malfunction with their track and one car ran into the back of another. The workers quickly tried to cover it up and didn't notify the owner of the car about what happened or the damage it caused. I didn't like the lack of transparency or them owning up to their mistake. Overall I would reccommend the wash but would make sure you have eyes on your car at all times
