If you're looking for a quality company who is transparent.Honest, affordable and reliable look no further than European Import repair. I live in connecticut and drive an hour and forty five minutes to have my vehicle serviced because I know it will be done right and it will be taken care of. I have owned foreign cars for 35 plus years.
And have been up and down with shops and mechanics and dealerships, only to be let down. Ralph and the crew are very knowledgeable and honest about the quality work that they provide. If you have a foreign vehicle and are looking to have work done or to have it serviced.Look no further, then European import repair they are they are the best of the best!!!

Update 8/25 Had an issue with my Audi using excessive coolant. They replaced the water pump. 10 months later it occurred again. They evaluated the car, Bob advised the water pump was leaking, they replaced it as it was under the 12 month warranty. No charge for parts of labor ! I appreciate such an honest evaluation and solution !
Initial Review: Delighted with the service, had both our Audi A4, (out of warranty) and VW Golf R, (highly modified) serviced. Kyle was a pleasure to work, provided several phone calls with info and Ralph honored a phone quote for brakes/rotors that he provided 2 months ago. We took a chance due to the many positive reviews and experienced honest folks and professional service for ourselves. We will be back!

Years ago i had a 2013 Audi S5 with a bad transmission, Audi would not warranty the transmission so they were able to help me out with a Rebuilt transmission did a great job. Yet again they helped me out with a Headlight bulb replacement after I tried and couldnt get them in correctly. They are awesome and would recommend them to anyone who has a European Vehicle and needs help.

Ralph and his team are the best!! I have been brining my X5 to him for several years. He keeps her in top shape. Always honest and does not ever take advantage. I would not take my car anywhere else…. Especially to a dealer! Bob is always so friendly on the phone and works to accommodate my crazy schedule. They are all just great people beyond being amazing mechanics!!
