I had a major issue at the last second Settlement Agent decided they did not want to proceed for whatever reason they had. I can talk it Exclusive Land Services on Friday 3 PM April 19 by Monday, April 22 9 AM all necessary documents were uploaded 12 o’clock Eastern time 9 o’clock Pacific time where the bank is located File was cleared on the title and I was able to close the transaction. Amazing service. Thank you very much. That’s all I could say three hours. That’s all it took to get it done the same day thank you very much.
