she kept burning my ear with the hairdryer… literally had me flinching when i went to other hairdressers and they went near my ear bc she traumatized me
The lady is nice to me . When I went there, it was clean and welcoming. I sat down these comforting chairs. And she did my hair very well. My highlights are nice and perfect and they 100% recommend this place and the lady is really nice and welcoming to her customers.
I came here with a Groupon just to try it out. LOVE this salon and the owner (Fiorella). It was a comfortable, warm and inviting place. Clean and spacious. Fiorella did a wonderful job with my color and my cut - she listened to exactly what I wanted. On top of all this I had the most wonderful conversation with her while I was there - what a nice person! I definitely recommend trying this place out - you won't be disappointed!
My first time here. Used a Groupon. Best haircut I've had in years! Fiorella is a lovely lady and knowledgeable about hair care. Works quickly and skillfully. I wear short, layered hair, and it's been 3 wks and it's growing out beautifully, keeping its shape and style. Received numerous compliments on my hair. I'm a Florell Salon fan now.
