The desk staff is so nice and kind. They’ve been so helpful with accommodating my needs and all the changes I’ve had to make with appointments. Dr. Zopf is exceptional! She is so knowledgeable and sweet and friendly. So was her assistant! Chelsea is the best hygienist. I have happy gums 😊. Thank you all for a great experience every time !!!!

Everything and everyone in Dr. Z’s office is welcoming. The entire team is so professional, and personable, it actually makes my visit, TO THE DENTIST, so very enjoyable!

Once again Dr. Zoft and staff did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, I had an implant fell on me. However, Dr. Knakal, Dr. Zoft took care of the replacement. The doctors and the staff did such a wonderful job. Thank you so much for your professionalism. I am truly and forever grateful. Mark

I was a patient of gental dental years ago. There facility moved and I decided to find someone closer. Big mistake!! I’m happy to say I’m back with gental dental. The staff is very nice and helpful. I met with Dr. Hensler. She’s very nice and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable.😀

I went to Gentle Dental in Commack yesterday because I had a tooth that fell apart and was causing me terrible pain. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years because I had a bad experience and couldn’t bring myself to go back. I’m so extremely grateful that I found Gentle Dental because from the first phone call to schedule my appointment Christine at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel at ease and I hadn’t even been to the office yet. When I walked in I was so nervous but was immediately greeted by Christine with a big smile that made me feel so comfortable. The dental assistant took me back to a room and right away I knew I was in great hands because she was so attentive and caring. She explained everything to me and took X-rays of my mouth. When the dentist came in he immediately made me feel so content. He sat down and listened to everything I was concerned about and my past dental experiences. He reassured me that I would be ok and gave me all of my options so that I could pick what I was most comfortable with. We decided on a plan together to take care of my tooth and he got to work. I didn’t feel a thing and we even had a few laughs with the dental assistant. I felt so comfortable and for the first time I wasn’t scared out of my mind. I knew I was in great hands. I look forward to going back and continuing to fix my teeth so that I have a smile I can be confident about. Thank you Gentle Dental for an excellent appointment. You guys are awesome!
