Teens amd tweens goes here with friends, lots of families, skates need updating otherwise cute facility. They will give you skates that are unsafe and have broken laces that don't go all the way up the ankle so check your skates.
Not a large rink, but great for beginner. Hope they have something to hold on for beginners as well. My six year old is afraid to go in without anything to hold on. So I ended up getting myself an entry to go with her. While my 12 year old went off with her friends, while grabbing onto the rail.
Clean building, friendly and helpful staff. Layout of chairs provide for social distancing. You can rent skates from the staff but at this time all reservations must be made and paid for online in advance. Maximum 40 people her session.
Iconic south shore park. The park manager has been there for as long as I've been going..35 years.
A must see anytime of year...walk around the lake!!
I have a great experience all the time. The service is great and I have never come across a problem. The staff is super friendly and the rink guards make sure everyone does whats right and does not hurt themselves. i go here all the time with friends and we always have a blast. If there is every a problem it gets dealt with. Totally recommend this, 5/5.
