Hacienda Restaurant

Exceptionally clean, pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very friendly , food was delicious and portions large. Price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Very pleased.

After amazing time first time, we decided to go again on 11/22/25, we ordered and we waited 20 minutes for our food to arrived since they have one big table of around 20 girls for the birthday party, we had to wait for our food to arrived. we were 4 people and 3 plates were ok, 4th plate we ordered vegetarian tacos, which comes with 4 crunchy tacos, my daughter complained that it doesn't taste good but we didn't listened to her and asked her to eat it, she had two and finally gave up and asked us to try it, we tried it and tacos were stale, we complained to one server and his response was we served others and no one complained , and we asked him to try it but they were all serving that noisy big table so no-one was interested in small tables. told second server and he said to give another plate but it was already late and didnt wanted another, they said desert on the house but by that time we lost the appetized. now they lost their customers, never going back.

Very very delicious food. Great service at a very fair price. Literally across the street from West point military academy with beautiful sights. Wish they were closer to us as it is 2-hour drive but every time we're in the area we stop by

When I come visit family this is the place to be great service food is awesome and the drinks are outta this world the street tacos are my go to and the spicy margaritas are amazing

This restaurant’s decorations and atmosphere made the food much more enjoyable. Despite all of this though, my chicken was very dry and I didn’t enjoy my meal as much as I thought I would. My party loved all of their food though so for that reason, the eating went up. My waiter was very nice and patient as I went with a 9 person party. Overall it was a great experience for my group and everyone enjoyed.
