Herno outlet

I have shopped the brand across Europe at many of their gorgeous boutiques so I was ecstatic to find an outlet store in Woodbury.
I live in Herno coats. I’ve worn them for years. I have about a half dozen of them. I can’t get over how warm and well made their jackets are and so I was surprised to see that half the store was clothing.
I happened to be in the market for some outfits so I decided to try on some pants and tops. My sales associate Jon picked some things out for me in my size and I was able to get 2 outfits. They mostly fit true to size though they do have slim and oversized options. The quality was also there in the clothing and the prices were reasonable (40% off retail) plus a few discount racks.
The store is on the smaller side, though the selection is extensive. That said, trying on clothing can be a challenge. I almost had an accident while changing into a pair of pants in the fitting room. It’s quite small in there and if you bump the curtains enough you can become exposed. Luckily my SA was nearby to see it happening and kindly held the curtains shut for me. It could’ve been embarrassing as there were other shoppers in the store.
All in all, the shopping experience was great. Discounts were good. The product was gorgeous. There was a decent amount of available stock in my size. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Store was understated and clean. I was hoping the shop looked more like the boutiques but I understand it’s an outlet. Sorry they really are beautiful!
My only gripe was the tiny fitting room. A little bigger would’ve been fine. Two would be best so you’re not rushed out by the customer standing next to your registers asking how long it will be! Oh and a 3 way mirror!
Set for summer now looking forward to the Fall collection!!

Jaclyn has a great fashion sense and found me exactly what I was looking for! She’s a wonderful sales associate and I really enjoyed shopping at Herno because of her. My new jacket is gorgeous. Jaclyn is a huge asset to the store.

Kristin was super nice and helpful. She was willing to take the time to assist with my purchases and gave wonderful advice on good styles. Will be back because of her. Felt like I was listened to, which I will always say, that’s a 5 star service. Thank you! Highly recommend going to her!!!

Really pleasant experience with the customer service here, prices can be great (depending on the season), and Herno quality is top notch.

Large assortment of men’s, women’s, and children’s spring and winter coats. Luxury Italian brand. Beautifully displayed. Very well made.
