Inspection done.A little busy but technician got me in and out within 2 hrs

A few weeks ago, I bought a 2015 Lexus IS. car started wobbling while driving slow and I randomly happened to come across tom and his shop. As soon as I explained my problem, Tom asked to drive it and Instantly told me my issue. A few days later I took my car to get an inspection and met the rest of the guys, everyone there is extremely nice and fun to talk to. Tommy installed my back tires and did my oil change today. He did an amazing job and even taught me some things I didn’t know. I never imagined to randomly come across such a great crew and I will definitely be coming back for all my car problems. They are quick, fair and know what they’re doing!!!!!

Tom and Hillside Service workers are good folk for the community. When calling in for service for your vehicle just address your issue quickly cause they are busy daily.
A helpful is to call ahead to come to the shop to diagnose your issue then set up a time to bring your car in for him to look at. Tom was quick to diagnose the problem I had for years that the dealership wouldn’t figure out. Took him one full day to fix my main issue, but he discovered another issue related to the first & wouldn’t let me come pick my car up until the whole issue was resolved. Overall, Tom and others want to make sure you are taken care of, fairly price and I will go back if anymore issues.

Another visit for inspection. This time our Audi. I really appreciate this guys doing everything so fast! Thanks again guys!

April 2022:
Visited again for my inspection. This time, I also asked them to balance and install my summer wheel/tire set. I was told that my new tire/wheels are balanced but just in case. Then we Did relearn the TPMS and everything was done. RICK also quickly fixed the muffler tip issue. Everything was done within 1-2 hours and I paid little above $200 including the $37 inspection.

I am sure there are enthusiasts that would do everything themselves except the balancing and inspection which can save almost half. This was my first time using summer winter sets and having TPMS relearn. Most probably will do those steps and wheels changes myself but was very happy to have it done at hillside. Most importantly, Rick was so careful with my new black wheels and lug nuts. I believe he deserves a special Thanks.

Anytime I visit this place, I have a smile on my face. Thanks guys!!!!
