I have to start by saying no wonder this place has been around for a long time. Mike and his team of EXPERT INSTALLERS know how to make things right when things don't go as planned. My propane fireplace insert is absolutely beautiful and is already keeping us warm. I had my gas fireplace serviced with Home & Hearth. The technician, Tom, was very respectful upon entering my home. He was also courteous and very knowledgeable when I asked a few questions. The price was reasonable since I live over the river from the retail store, which, by the way, is a treasure trove. They carry a wide variety of hearths, grills, and kitchen cabinets. I also recommend visiting the store, where John, Mike, and Brian will ensure you receive the best customer service while you shop! They can answer any questions, so you have a great experience!
