Great experience overall! Friendly staff, easy check-in, and minimal wait times. Both doctors I’ve seen here are thorough and effective!
I recently had an appointment at Hudson Dermatology and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I entered, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Everything ran on time, which I truly appreciated. The doctor was not only kind but also very knowledgeable, taking the time to address all my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. Overall, a fantastic visit! I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking dermatological care.
The check in was easy. The two doctors i had were great. The wait time was ridiculously long. Wish someone had called to say they were experiencing a delay. I would have arrived at least 30 mins later.
The visit itself was fine - efficient, cordial, and brief. The doctor was personable and professional, which made the short appointment smooth enough. The waiting room, however, was another story. The atmosphere was anything but calm. A particularly energetic child was producing sounds reminiscent of headbutting a radiator, which didn’t exactly set a soothing tone going in. Overall, a functional medical visit, but anyone expecting a spa-like ambiance should probably lower their expectations.
I first noticed that it was a very clean facility. The waiting room was simple but clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean too. The staff was very nice, from check-in until being called to come back to the exam room. Gianna was very kind and respectful, and I felt at ease. Finally, it was nice to meet Dr Kaminetsky. He was also very kind and warm, and the appointment was nice and quick. I came for a New Patient visit to establish care, and I’m happy to have chosen Hudson Dermatology!
