The staff at Hudson highlands is amazing. They've helped treat two of our dogs and I've never been happier with a vet! Very fare prices and easy to talk to.
Called around to a lot of vets to get our girl in for a time sensitive surgery. They were very helpful, responsive and honest right away. Will definitely be returning again if the need presents itself. Doctor also engaged and was playful with our dog, making her feel more at ease.. something you don't see a lot of anymore.

We had two TPLO surgeries done here and not only was it the most competitively priced but I can't imagine a better experience...I've heard horror stories from other dog owners with this surgery and Hudson Highlands (Tara, Shannon, and Dr McNamara) are truly excellent at that they do...they are patient and understanding, explain everything and answer questions along the way, and most importantly have excellent outcomes! Our dog is back to 100% mobility just a few weeks after the recovery period with no trace of a limp. Thank you guys!
I was referred to Hudson Highlands by a good friend after calling 5 Vet offices about my service dog who needed TPLO surgery. Upon speaking with Tara, I was immediately put at ease as she was kind, compassionate and totally professional. It was shocking to me that 5 other veterinary offices could care less about my service dog and the lack of compassion that they communicated to me. As I explained to Tara that my dog was a cardiac service animal, she immediately sprung into action. She got me a quick appointment, greeted us at the door and made a very bad stressful situation way better. It is impossible to write just how Tara made us feed in writing but just know that her professionalism and knowledge of the surgery was incredible. Dr. McNamara (is awesome) performed the TPLO surgery and was great in taking his time to explain the procedure and post operative care. For the next 12 weeks it was Tara who supplied the support: emotional, questions, answers and everything else that made the whole grueling process manageable. Tara saved us and Dr. McNamara worked his magic. I highly recommend Hudson Highlands group for TPLO surgery and care for you loved one.
