Jim was very nice in our call. He took time to walk me through the details and was patient as I proposed a number of what if scenarios to see about impact on premium. At no point was he "pushy" about additional insurance offers. It was a pleasure to work with him and in the end I ended up not just getting auto insurance but I got a much better coverage for my home that was expensive than what I had been using. I don't usually leave reviews but after speaking with Shaun Hanson -- I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and service provided. Extremely knowledgeable, super patient, answered all my questions, and most importantly made the whole process stress-free and easy.
