Rich W was amazing. I honestly cant express how grateful I am. He did a great job, for a fair price and didnt waste any time.

Rich assessed the problem, taught me in clear terms (which as a new home owner I really appreciate) and replaced an entire panel same day. He was also very patient with me popping my head in every 10mins and while answering my novice questions.

Rich showed a level of humanity and professionalism that is missing in other aspects of the trades. It felt like I had a friend coming over to help out rather than a stranger rummaging around my basement.

He even left the work area spotless before he left.

While this was an emergency call, I was so impressed with Rich and his team that I'm getting a quote for more work that needs to be done.

Give that man a raise, gosh darnit! If anyone deserves it, its Rich!

This is my second time around using Jones Services. This is phenomenal company throughout the first phone call until the technician leaves your home. My first encounter was with Mary on the phone. She was great, friendly, helpful and informative. Scheduled me in for the very next day which is/was Christmas Eve (12/24) due to issues with my heating system. That alone was comforting to know since I didnt want to have to go on 3 days with no heat (as Christmas was going to be closed). Then the communication as far as which technician and when they will be arriving via text and email is awesome. The company sends the email/text with a photo and name of the technician who will be arriving to your home. Next came the technician Derek. Derek was PHENOMENAL! He was very helpful, informative, kind and very respectful! He was able to answer all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way while working. In the end, this being my second time using Jones, and being another positive encounter, I will continue to use Jones Services for any future issues (hopefully none but thats highly doubtful owning a home).

Since I didnt add a review the first time around, I will say that my first technician encounter was also a kind, informative and EXTREMELY helpful technician by the name of Josh.

Overall Jones Services seems to hire an overall great staff from customer service to their technicians. You will not be disappointed.

I would have to say the salesman Tony was outgoing and professional and knew his stuff! He had an array of knowledge and was easy to talk to and answered all my questions in full. I'd highly recommend him!

Chris, Ryan and Vic did a good job installing everything. They worked hard and fast.

Barbara who answered the phone for their facility was very patient with my questions.

Although everyone was great. There was a hiccup in my system which took a whole weekend to get to.

It took Ray about 5 minutes to fix it. He answered all my questions in great detail and was very down to earth.

The only question I would have liked to be asked is, where I would of liked the air intake to go in my basement.

Secondly, they could have followed The rest of my wiring across my beams instead of drilling holes in the wood in the basement.

Overall I'm happy with the installation.

Josh was an amazing technician. He checked the issue and resolved it very methodically. He explained the cost up front and even went to get the proper valve to ensure our use of the water turnoff valve, if needed, was easier than the one we previously had. He tested everything before leaving as well. I would highly recommend Jones Service as they truly stepped up when we needed this fixed quickly.

The nicest service person award along with my concert floor person. Hands down!

Was great with me. Wonderful with my service dog Rebecca. Very good worker. Cleaned up everything even dusted the place where some of the water dripped and put my things back!

I was sorry to see him leave!
